Small size, high precision: the nut and the support bearing one piece, so a small nut size, the contact angle of the bearing support is 45o, can bear large axial load, and a combination of precision.
Assembly is easy: just screw the nut and the bearing lock, you can get a simple rotary nut ball screw mechanism.
High feed: screw fixation, so no rotation of the inertial force of the screw, larger than for an elongated ball screw can also speed feed, and use a smaller driving force of a motor.
High rigidity: R1 Series ball screw support bearings than the large general screw support bearings and therefore axial rigidity increased dramatically.
Low noise: R1 series uses cover cycle, cycle ball in the nut inside the back, even if the high-speed rotary screw smaller than the average noise.
